Erik Wilson is a local Potter and Painter as well as a high school art teacher.  He splits his artistic pursuits into a “Winter” and “Summer” season.  Painting during the colder months and creating his ceramic works during the spring and summer.

Most of his ceramic works are functional, however, he does create occasional sculptural works.  The featured works are wheel thrown and then sand-blasted to create the textured effect.  They are fired to Cone 6 glazes.
